| Field Name | Description |

| Account Name | Account Name field defines the name of your Financial Account. For Eg: Raw-Material Purchase Account, CGST @ 2.5%, SGST @ 2.5%, Petty Cash Account |
| Account Short Name | Account Short Name field defines a short name for the Financial Account |
| Bank Name | Bank Name is the name of the Bank associated with th Financial Entity |
| Bank Short Name | Bank Short Name is the field which can be used to define a short name for the Bank that is associated with the Financial Account |
| Select Account Sub Group | Account Sub-Group helps the user to select a Sub-Group from the drop-down. The Subgroup basically defines the nature of the account. Sub-Group examples are Purchase, Purchase Return, Sundry Debtors, Sundry Creditors |
| Select Location | Location drop-down helps the user to select a location for the particular Financial Account |
| Account Number | Account Number helps the user to maintain a Bank Account Number for a particular Financial Account |
| Phone Number | Phone Number field helps the user to define a Phone Number for a particular Financial Account |
| Website | Website field helps the user to define the Website URL for a particulare Financial Account |
| Email field helps the user to define the EmaiID for a particular Financial Account | |
| Contact Person Name | Contact Person Name field helps the user to record the Contact Person's Name linked with a particular Financial Account |

| Opening Balance | Opening Balance is used to define the balance of Financial Account at the time of opening of the Account. |
| Opening Balance Type | Opening Balance Type is used to define whether the Financial Account is in Credit or Debit mode at the time of opening of the Financial Account |
